If you are a representative from an ANHS affiliated group (i.e. sports team, club, performing arts group, academic group, etc.) and you'd like to have an announcement read out during Wolverine+, please click on the link below and complete the form. 
 
If you would like to submit a message to be read during the announcements, please click the link below and fill out the form completely BEFORE 7:00am on the day the announcement is to begin. Please note that the announcement team will not correct any mistake made in the message, and will read exactly what is typed in the form.

PURCHASE ORDER REQUEST FORM

To submit a purchase order request, or to request an amendment to a purchase order that has been approved, please complete the form by clicking on the button below. The ASB Clerk will enter your information into ASB Works and upon ASB approval you will receive an email from the clerk via DocuSign. Please sign and submit the form. Once all necessary signatures are acquired, a completed set of documents will be emailed to you. Be sure to look through and print your specific purchase order, as others may be included.

Any student group who wishes to hold a fundraiser must first receive approval from ASB. When completing the fundraising form below, all information must be specific. Along with the fundraiser request form, a revenue potential form must also be submitted.

Clubs, school-affiliated groups, staff, and current ANHS students are all welcome to post materials on campus. Please see the links below to review the guidelines for postings. Once you have reviewed the guidelines, please submit an approval request via the form linked below.
 
All postings must be presented to the Activities Director at least one week prior to the desired posting date for approval and must be approved by ASB student council. These approvals typically happen on Wednesdays.

Clubs, if you are looking to run a service drive (for example: canned food drive, clothing drive, etc.) on the ANHS campus to benefit a charity, please complete the following form to request ASB approval for your drive.
